1. Estimates & Work Authorization

On-site estimates are provided before work begins. We proceed only after you approve the scope and price. Additional issues found during service are explained before extra work is done.

2. Warranties

Installed replacement parts and related labour carry a written workmanship warranty as stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on parts apply according to the maker’s terms. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, impact, improper DIY adjustments, or unrelated system failures.

3. Safety

Garage door springs and cables store dangerous energy. Customers should not attempt spring winding or cable repairs. Our technicians follow safety protocols for overhead door systems.

4. Website Content

Guides and brand pages are general information for Toronto and GTA homeowners. They are not a substitute for on-site diagnosis. Pricing and availability can vary by door condition and parts.
